OSACCESS: Hotel Management System

What is?

OS Access is an access management system for hotels that allows you to control and maintain access to the hotel in person or online.

You can manage locks and access controls from Omnitec Systems whether they have an RFID system or a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) system corresponding to the following models: GAUDI and GAUDI BLE, CODE, FIT IN and FIT IN BLE and EVO.

How does it work?

Designed to work in the Cloud from a web browser, OSACCESS optimizes the management of access credentials and security in the hotel.

In addition to the Cloud version, OSACCESS also offers a desktop version to work on a local network.

The utilities of this new software go from the management of the accesses in the hotel reception and depending on the locks and access controls that have been installed, it will be able to manage both in person and remotely, the accesses to the clients and the services that are presented in the different zones or areas of the establishment.

OSACCESS Features

Recording of cards, sending of numerical codes and sending of Bluetooth electronic keys.
Multi-user license valid for use under a Windows environment.
SQL secure relational database. It notably increases security and speeds up secure access to it remotely for technical assistance.
Integrable with any PMS on the market (Opera, Prestige, etc.).
Unique identifier per facility or group of facilities, preventing the use of encrypted cards by unauthorized teams
Different levels of access for different users of the system.
Management and control of guest and employee access.
Emergency system to issue new guest cards in case of computer problems.
HOSTEL option, for shared use of rooms by different guests, with independent check-in and check-out dates
MOTEL option, managing the use of the lock by the hour.
Permission revalidator installation option.
