Fast Checkin

Press the button to start the Fast Chekin action within OSACCESS. Navigate with the keyboard completing the required fields and press enter to save the card or send an eKey to the guest.

These actions are determined in the top right menu of the command bar.

Owner: Lock Availability: This option will be used when making a reservation for an owner, and it will make the reservation not appear in the reservation list. Additionally, in the calendar view, it will be displayed in gray color.

Room Group: When you select a room, a checkbox will appear allowing you to reserve it as part of a room group. If you select this option, a list of rooms within the same group will appear at the bottom, enabling you to combine them into a single reservation.

With the menu in the upper right, perform the actions:

• RETURN: returns to the previous screen

• CHECK-IN: Displays the access type selection menu, which consists of three parts:

  • Card: Records the card on the recorder with the selected accesses.

  • Code: Sends the access code to the email, only for access controls with keyboards and locks, and accesses linked to a wireless FreePad keyboard.

  • BLE: Sends access credentials to Upkey.
